I finally found the pond in our local park the other day. I had heard there was one here, but never took the time to find it. I wanted to be out in the sun, it has been a long winter. The wind was strong, but nice. The sun shown down warmly and cast a beautiful glistening light on the waves forming on the pond’s surface. The frogs chirped endlessly, calling for their mate. It all felt so relaxing. My daughter and I looked for crayfish (or a salamander) under a few rocks. We sat by the edge … [Read more...] about The Pond and the Glistening Heart

When is your time to die? Or, do you choose your Exit Point?
I Missed an Exit Point. What would you do if you were told you just missed one of your predetermined exits from this lifetime? Sylvia Brown says we pick a few exit points for each lifetime. I missed one the summer of 2012. An angel intuitive told me that I was “saved by the scruff of my neck” a few times by my guardian angel, Daniel. My first thought when she told me this was, “Hmmm. Well. I have not really done anything too crazy to put myself in that kind of danger. It probably is because … [Read more...] about When is your time to die? Or, do you choose your Exit Point?
You Chose this Life
You chose your life and all its trials and tribulations. (Hard to fathom, right!) In my book, Life Is Just Another Class—One Soul’s Journey Through Past Life Regression, I have written the stories of sixteen of my past lives. Over the past two months, I walked in through the light at the end of each of these past lives and caught glimpses of my next lifetimes. I added this information to my book (plus 8000 more words - eek!) I chose this life and all the ones I have experienced before. We all … [Read more...] about You Chose this Life
Drink from the Water of Life.
As I walk down alongside a waterfall, I hear the words, “Drink from the water of life.” I smile. I reach over and drink a handful. During the relaxation part of going into a past life regression—often called the induction—I use the imagery of stairs leading into a garden. In all the times I have participated in past life regressions, my garden has been the same to me. I usually see a wooded forest with a favorite maple tree from my childhood. There is a small pond, butterflies and soft grass. … [Read more...] about Drink from the Water of Life.
Can You Visit Heaven Without Really Dying?
I think, yes, if you are determined and persistent, you can. (In other words, there is no reason anyone needs to experience a near death experience to see Heaven.) By persistence, I mean, this may take one past life session or many sessions and years to accomplish. Don't give up. Start with re-experiencing a past life. Once a past life is remembered, you now have a bridge to a memory that can lead to visiting Heaven. For me, I often start out remembering a past life at the death scene or … [Read more...] about Can You Visit Heaven Without Really Dying?
“I Need to Talk to You.”
Months before I delved into my journey studying metaphysics, intuition and past life regression, someone spoke to me. They said, "I need to talk to you." I was alone late at night. These words were clear as day. I looked around and saw no one. I thought I was nuts. I said into the still of the night, "Hello. Anyone there?" I am a night owl by trait. I enjoy the quiet of the night. Everyone in my house was sleeping. Ten years later, after much personal work with my past lives, I believe the … [Read more...] about “I Need to Talk to You.”
